Honey-Champagne Vinaigrette

A simple, light, homemade salad dressing


  • 2 tablespoons alfalfa honey (or your favorite honey)
  • 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


  1. 1. Whisk together the honey & vinegar. Add the olive oil slowly, whisking constantly or with the food processor running until combined.
  2. 2. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to one week. May need to shake or whisk dressing to recombine since it will probably separate in the refrigerator.
